HOW TO REACH GOA ARAMBOL BEACH (HARMAL BEACH)

Arambol or Harmal as it is known, is situated in north Goa, 50 kms from Panaji, the capital of Goa. Situated in the quiet and friendly Arambol village, Arambol beach is a nature lover's dream destination with expansive coastal stretch and an unspoilt feel to it. The beach is a long stretch of golden sands interspersed with rocky cliffs. There are two beaches in Arambol, the main and more popular one being the Harmal beach, which is the northernmost beach in Goa. The second beach, which can only be reached on foot, is more picturesque and surrounded by steep cliffs on both sides. Arambol beach is good for swimming. Its popularity also stems from the fact that it has both rocks and sand along its beach.
How to Reach
Arambol Beach Air Dabolim airport is the international airport of Goa. There are direct flights from Delhi, Mumbai and Chennai. Rail Goa has two main railway stations at Margao and Vasco Da Gama. Trains from Bangalore, Belgaum, Hospet, Hyderabad and via Miraj To Bombay, Delhi,and Agra, reach here. Road One can take buses that ply between Arambol and Mapusa and also between Arambol and Chopdem. Taxis and bikes are also available for hire. Boats can be hired to reach the nearby beaches.
